European BitFlyer users will be able to replenish their accounts with bank cards
The European arm of the Japanese licensed exchange BitFlyer announced the addition of an option this Thursday «instant purchase» cryptocurrencies, thanks to which users will be able to purchase digital assets using debit and credit cards, as well as local payment systems such as Sofort, iDeal and GiroPay.
«By bringing our offer in line with the experience of interacting with traditional e-commerce solutions, we help bring cryptocurrencies to a wide audience», – said BitFlyer Europe COO Andy Bryant.
The services of which intermediary will be used by the exchange to accept fiat payments and what the commission will be is not reported.
In October, the European division of BitFlyer presented its mobile application and currently offers a service for the exchange of seven cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, Monacoin and Lisk.
Last week, BitFlyer added XRP support to its main Japanese platform, thus listing the first asset in nearly two years. Previously, BitFlyer was included by Bitwise in the list of trading platforms, transmitted by which data on transaction volumes can be considered reliable.
