Seoul Police Revisited Bithumb Crypto Exchange Offices Five Days After First Raid.

According to local KBS, citing the Intelligence Department of the Seoul Police Department, on September 7, law enforcement officials visited two Bithumb offices, including the exchange headquarters in the Gangnam District.. The previous raid took place on September 2.

The police said that the return visit is related to the need to "provide additional evidence related to the charges brought." Bithumb and its executives are being investigated as part of a fraud and embezzlement case.

In December, a group of investors reported to the police against the chairmen of Bithumb Holdings and BK Group, accusing them of failing to fulfill their obligation to list the BXA token. Investors claim that due to the actions of the defendants, they suffered large losses, as Bithumb's refusal to add BXA to the platform led to a depreciation of the token.

BXA token sale raised $ 25.3 million, according to ZDnet Korea.Investors claim their money was wasted as exchange executives blame each other.
